Older adults programmes

Help maintain movement, agility and mental wellbeing with our exercise plans. Improve confidence, posture and have more energy. All exercises can be modified to your ability and fitness levels. See our Personal Training section for more information.

Group classes

Classes are currently running at Great Park Community Centre and Zone 22, Cramlington. We have 10 classes per week. We offer HIIT, Indoor Circuits, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Small Group Training and Boxercise. Keep your body active in a fun, safe environment. Make new friends and improve your fitness levels. Pre/post natal programmes

Perfectly combining low to medium impact fitness and maintaining mobility. Keeps you active during pregnancy. Helps aid with post natal recovery. See our Personal Training section for more information.
