We can now offer sessions (subject to availability) at Zone 22, Cramlington, which is only ten minutes away from Great Park, close to links for A1, A19 and the A189.

Specialists in pre/post natal exercise

Exercise is still important during and after pregnancy. Exercise can help the body adapt to changes and also aid with the body recovering following birth.

Our programmes are low to medium impact and low intensity. All exercises will be tailored to you.


If you are post natal, please ensure you have clearance from your midwife or doctor to commence exercise.

Exactly as it says. Have your own personal trainer help YOU work towards achieving YOUR goals with an effective system in place.

Couples Training

This is our most popular option !!

It sometimes helps to have a bit of extra motivation and support from someone you know and hit your targets together.

Again, it doesn't matter what your current fitness levels are as we will work together to help YOU improve and work towards YOUR goals.

Small Group Training

Small group training is for 3 to 6 people.

It can be for work colleagues, neighbours, friends or even family members.

There really is no end to the possibility of who can be in the group.

Loads of fun and can be adapted to all members of the group.

Help build teamwork and friendships through hard work, fun and encouragement !!

We even throw in some games that improve movement, agility and balance.

There must be a minimum of 3 people in the group and a maximum of 6.
