Class Information
Our class timetable can be found below.
Our classes are at Great Park Community Centre and Zone 22 Cramlington.
All class durations are 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.
All classes are £8 per person for Great Park or £6.50 per person for Zone 22, which can be
paid when you book your space.
To get unbelievable value for your money why not take advantage of our monthly payment of £45, which gives you unlimited access to our classes each month across BOTH venues.
That's right, UNLIMITED ACCESS to all of our classes at Great Park Community Centre AND Zone 22.
It's easy to get it started, just let us know that you want to sign up and we can get it set up.
We also offer a couples unlimited access for an unbelievable £70 per month, you don't even have to attend a class at the same time!
Classes are usually different each and every time. All you need to bring is a towel, water and a mat. All other equipment for the class will be there to use.
Time duration for exercises varies but for an example it may be 45 seconds on and then 15 seconds rest before the next exercise.

Pay as You Go - £6.50 or £8 depending on location.
Payment to be made when you book your space and is non-refundable once paid.
Monthly Unlimited for an Individual - £45
If you would like to take advantage of this great price for unlimited access to the classes we offer each week, all we need is your email to set it all up and then payment comes out the same date each month.
You will have unlimited access to all our classes that we offer and any new ones that we add.
If you attend 3 classes per week, it works out at just £3.75 per class! This is a great deal!
No refund once purchased, if you would like to cancel the payment, please advise Kim or Garry at least 48 hours before the next payment is due as once taken there is no refund.
Monthly Unlimited for a Couple - £70
Exactly the same as the individual payment, all we need is your email to set it all up. All we ask is that you live in the same household and the payment comes out of one bank account.
You don’t even have to attend the same class at the same time.
Again, unlimited access to all of our classes and any new ones that are added.
No refund once purchased, if you would like to cancel the payment, please advise Kim or Garry at least 48 hours before the next payment is due as once taken there is no refund.
Teenagers can be added - £20
If you have teenagers aged between 14 and 17, you can add them to your Individual or couple monthly payment for only £20 per teenager per month.
The only thing we ask is that they must attend the class with yourself and they will be
your responsibility during the class.
Again, they will have unlimited access to the classes. If unsure about the suitability of the classes, please speak to Garry or Kim who will be happy to advise.
